this will be your Bat file, you will need this to launch server.
Copy and paste the yellow section into your note pad then save as server.bat.
once you have done this your done with your bat file, now insert it into your quake 3 folder not inside beryllium.
after you have done this you can double click on the server.bat file to start the server.
you might need to forward you IP so it seen on the internet you might not
quake3 +set fs_game beryllium +exec server.cfg +set dedicated 2
